Terms of Service

By using GeographyPlay, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GeographyPlay. The app is rated 4+ by the App Store but is not designed for or directed at children, and is not enrolled in Apple's Kids Category.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Scores, streaks, badges, and league standings are tied to your account and are computed and verified by our servers — client values are never trusted directly.

Subscriptions

GeographyPlay Premium is offered as auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions through the App Store, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, once the free trial (if any) ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, which links there directly.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to cheat, tamper with, or reverse-engineer scoring, streaks, leagues, or badge logic. We reserve the right to reset progress or suspend accounts found to be exploiting the service.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, scores, streaks, badges, and league history. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's retained and for how long.

GeographyPlay is provided "as is," for entertainment and educational purposes. Geographic facts, maps, and content are curated for accuracy but may occasionally contain errors; we don't guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Content involving disputed territories follows a neutral inclusion policy and does not represent an editorial or political position.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
